Apple and Rhubarb Crisp

Ingredients:
2 cups rhubarb (freshly cut)
2 cups Iowa Choice Harvest frozen apples
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 – 3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup butter

Directions: Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place fruit in an ungreased 8×8 pan. Sprinkle fruit with salt. Mix remaining ingredients until you have a crumbly mixture and then sprinkle over the fruit. Bake for 40-50 minutes.
