Dutch Apple-N-Aronia Pie

For Crust:
1 refrigerated pastry crust – or – your favorite pastry crust recipe

 For Filling:
1 package Iowa Choice Harvest frozen apples
1 cup fresh or frozen Aronia berries
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg

For Strudel Topping:
1 stick butter or margarine
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar

Combine dry ingredients with fruit in large bowl. Place pastry in bottom of 9” pie plate and crimp edge. Add the fruit mixture. Top with strudel topping. Bake in 450 degree oven for 10 minutes then reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake for 45 minutes.
